Dahab is an unspoilt village inhabited by the Bedouin community and takes its name from the golden sandy beaches found here. Dahab means “gold” in Arabic. Here you can be and feel part of the local culture which to this day is still very much alive in Dahab, with goats and sheep herds roaming freely around the streets. With some of the most beautiful desert and mountain areas, stunning coastline and coral reefs, travellers return time and time again, for the host of adventure activities on offer.
