Authentic meditation enables one to focus on the present moment rather than dwell on the unchangeable past or undetermined future. The natural setting of Coral Coast is the idyllic atmosphere for meditation, with it’s the tranquility and inspiring views.

To many people meditation is regarded as the mental concentration of something, whilst others consider meditation as a state of imagination that gives us peace or satisfaction. All methods have one goal to slow down and eventually completely stop the incessant activity of our minds. Meditation is a state of thoughtless awareness, it is a state of profound deep peace when the mind is calm & silent, yet completely alert. This is just the beginning of an inner transformation that takes us to a higher level of awareness enabling us to fulfill our human potential.

Our daily early morning meditation sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to practice the art of meditation and the opportunity for self – contemplation.

Sadhana Meditation

The “ambrosial hours“, when night is giving way, when the first hint of dawn in seen in the east are the perfect quiet moments for reflection, meditation and yoga practice.

Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is the foundation of all spiritual endeavor. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort.

Develop a regular sadhana and you take control of your life. Develop a deep sadhana and you open the doors of experience. Commit to meet your higher Self each morning and your decisions and your life become original; your life will bear the signature of your soul; your radiance will express the meaningful intimacy of the Infinite in each moment.
